Hey guys, its been long i made this blog. but never find a topic to post. but now i thought lets post something. i dont care whether it goes with the theme or name fuddoo..but lets do it.
Just was thinking something
Erghh...forgot....let me try hard to remember...wait..1..2....3......4...

At my college there are big issues.
1. the management is not proper.
2. they dont know how to manage
3. i think the faculty is overloaded and forced to prepare cases...( i mean overload as less number of faculty)
4. the faculty is demotivated
5. the director has lost hopes and it shows on his face.
6. None of the faculty is found by me to be a mentor kind of person.
7. at college a concept called mentor and mentee was introduced....it failed..as nobboyd continued it and none showed interest.
8. i think mentor needs training first , on how to ment or whatever u call it..as everyperson cant be a mentor.
9.none of the faculty is enthu in providing us a better quality of b-school life.
10. we are not getting Return on Investment ( ROI) from the college.
11. I dont knwo what i am doing andn how i am sustaining
12. i need to approach somebody for this problem.
